Refund policy
We offer returns for selected items. Items may be returned due to sizing or if you’ve changed your mind. A returned item may be exchanged for an alternate size or store credit. As a small business, it is difficult to offer refunds and so is not covered by our returns policy. The exception is if the item is damaged or faulty. In this case, returns will be assessed for compliance with our returns policy at our discretion.
Returns Criteria
- Item is of retail quality, unwashed, unworn, and with the original tags attached
- Receipt or proof of purchase required
- Returned within 14 days of the package delivery date
Return Notes
- We do not offer returns for sale items, pre-ordered items, or gift cards
- Return costs shall be at the expense of the customer
- We are not liable for items lost in the post, please track your order
- Returns that do not comply with our returns policy may be rejected
